DKD Associates, Inc. has served the El Paso area for over 40 years. As a professional property management company, we run our office based on honesty, integrity, and ethical practices. Since we have been in business we have built up our inventory to more than 650 residential properties across town. DKD Associates, Inc. has also served as a Real Estate company for listing and selling residential properties. Our company has two property managers, one that is the Broker of the company and the other that is a Realtor, here to service you with any real estate needs or questions. As your Real Estate professionals, we offer to our owners and clients free market analysis to accurately list your home on the market. While on the sale market, we host tours for other Realtors to come and view your home so that it can be accessed by their networks of buyers. We host and advertise open houses which generate interest in your home, and ultimately get it sold. As Realtors and Property Managers, we can also place your home in both markets (rentals and sales) to ensure that your home will be sold or rented in a timely manner.
